Tonis Pro is sold as an auto-renewing App Store subscription. Apple takes the payment. We never see your card number.
On your iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the period you already paid for.
Refund requests go through Apple, under Apple’s rules, not through Tonis. Start at reportaproblem.apple.com while signed in with the Apple Account that bought the subscription.
A free trial, where offered, is forfeited if you buy a paid subscription during the trial.
